Hi crafty friends!

Here are some cool alcohol ink backgrounds I made last week.

Right now they are flagged as WIP because they are just backgrounds and I am undecided as to what I want to do with them – cards maybe?  I could die cut the but they are too pretty to cut up. I made six of them in total, all around A5 size.  Here are some close ups…

I really love this red one.  It had started to resemble a very blousy flower so I added some brown to the bottom corner to represent the sepal (the part that attaches the flower to the stem)

Well of course I had to do a acidy green one lol.   I love how these colours look together – what does it want to be I wonder?

This amazing pink so just such an incredible colour.  I toned it down a little with the purples and added a bit of silver mixative to the mix.

Teals – my go to colours lol.  These are just such amazing inks, I could do this all day, but I have to limit myself haha.  I added some gold mixative to this one, which works well with these teal tones.

Well hello there, amazing pink!  I had to make one with just this pink and nothing else to distract.  Pink is not my favourite colour but in art it can be so impactful.

The final one is a mixture of blues with silver mixative – another favourite combo, such beautiful colours.

And that is it for now, until they fully dry and I decide what to do with them!  I’ll be back to update this post when I do!
