Hello creative friends,
I am still on kitty-watch and medication duty but things are improving in the kitty household, so that’s some good news!
today’s art . . .
I am still working on completing the remaining pages in this journal and so this watercolour background is one that I did last year and then didn’t know what to do with it. But the answer came today and so I was able to finish another page. I think when I started this background it was supposed to look like camouflage or maybe a cloudy sky, but it definitely makes me think cloudy sky today.
So I added the washi bird stickers and the handwritten words of the song “One Day I’ll Fly Away” and then I found this image of the blonde in an old clothing brochure and thought she would be perfect to go with my words.
I added some washi plant stickers to finish off the page and called it done.
Hope you feel inspired to join in the challenges this month.
Let me know what you think in the comments. As always, thanks for reading!Ingredients

You finished this off in a very nice way Elle. I like how you added the girl. and outlined her in white too. It really captures your eye when you look at it. Thanks for linking this piece with us at AJJ for Matilde’s challenge. hugs-Erika
