Today I am sharing my DT inspiration project for the Mini Challenge which started today.

Today’s offering is this tag that I made as my DT inspiration for MTW Mini Challenge for October where the word inspiration is MAGICAL. You can find the challenge details at the end of this post, do join in if you feel inspired!
My tag is inspired by Halloween and black cats of course! Instead of using the traditional Halloween colours I thought I would start with a pink acrylic base for my tag. My tag is made from an amazon box – gotta love a bit of recycling!
On top of the acrylic, I added a stencil using Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide. Once that was dry, I drew my black cats on the bottom and then the bats around the edge of the tag. After they were finished, I thought they could also look like spiders. Then I wrote my quote in the middle using a waterproof pen.
