Happy Wednesday!
Nothing much has changed here, we are in the middle of the Easter school holidays so of course it’s raining! I am still on crutches, no real improvement to note and I’m a little frustrated with it as there are so many things I still can’t do and it takes so long to get simple things done that would normally be quick. I’ve not been blogging much or creating much art for those reasons.
Today’s art . . .
Today’s art is my calendar journal page for April. I’m linking this page to the new theme over on Art Journal Journey which is Geometric Forms hosted by Valerie. (A geometric shape is any structure, open or closed, having a definite shape and properties made up of lines, curves, and points. Some of the known geometric shapes are square, rectangle, circle, cone, cylinder, sphere, etc. All these shapes have some properties that make them unique and different from the other shapes.) So on my page you can find squares of various sizes, lines, and circles.
Let me know what you think in the comments below. As always, thanks for reading and Happy Journalling!Ingredients

Art Journal Journey – April theme Geometric Forms – squares, lines, circles
Wow! This looks amazing! I love this bold page and it’s perfect for Valerie’s AJJ theme, hugs, Chrisx
Hi Elle, this is a very nice calendar. I really love the colors and the design.
Wow, Elle, this is the epitome of geometric forms – fantaastic! LOVE IT! I can understand your frustration, I am going home tomorrow after 6 weeks here in the clinic!
And I totally forgot to say thanks for linking up to Valerie’s theme at AJJ also.
This is a fantastic calendar, and it really works for Valerie’s challenge. You have so many geometric shapes. 🙂 Is being on crutches any better than laying on the couch? Any news of healing, or is this step in the process. Hope the rain clears out for you also. hugs-Erika
