A quicker art journal spread came together super fast – much faster than my usual lol. Actually this time I knew exactly where I was going from the beginning and the entire spread was done in the same day, including drying time! Imagine that! I finished this yesterday, just in time for the Prima DT Call.
These pages are from my Finnabair art journal and I love this one especially because I can take the pages out and work on them separately – as seen in previous spreads.
Here’s a closer look at both pages, left and right. I do seem to be drawn to pinks atm which is so not me usually, but I can’t help myself lol. Maybe it’s the season or the weather or something but everything is coming up pink right now!
Let’s be wild and Adventure are from Prima paper collections (wild and free and midnight garden), the paper doll is Tim Holtz, and the alphabet is the Wonderland Bigz from Tim Holtz/Sizzix.
I love love love these big wildflowers, I have been using them a lot lately. I like to paint them with Distress inks mostly, like now…
