Hi Crafty Friends!

Well it is the season, and yes I have another Christmas card for you.  I actually planned to enter this in a challenge but I couldn’t get any decent photos in time due to the lack of daylight around here!  So no challenge entered but still a fun card to make.

 

I cut these out of metallic cardstock and then decided they weren’t metallic enough so I then covered them with gold embossing powder and I actually preferred that effect and the additional texture.

I used three different Wow Embossing Powders on the tree, stars, text and background.

I also used Icing Paste around the edges of the card.

It’s not so easy to see, but the background is a light grey wash of watercolour.

Time to light it up and make it shine!
