Hi Crafty Friends!

This year I decided to make all the family Christmas cards the same, well variations on the same, with the immediate family cards being the large A5 size and the rest being the A6 size.

They are all made with alcohol ink background in shades of greens and turquoise except this one which is for my mother and she loves purple, so why not a purple Christmas card!

Here’s a shot of a couple of the backgrounds I used.  These are actually similar to others I had in my stash but I decided to make some fresh ones as I hated to the idea of having to chop up the ones I had in my stash, so decided to keep them for something else and make fresh ones, plus I had to make the purple one anyway, so why not.

Here are some close ups…

And then I realised after I started writing them out, that I was short a few cards – oops!  So I quickly made these to make up the shortfall

I already had these trees cut out and leftover from other cards, so it was just a matter of adhering them to the already-made backgrounds!

I stamped the same sentiment in the insides using my Tim Holtz Stamp Platform.

The backs look like this and that was the end of my little “mass production” effort for this year!
