Happy New Month!
I’m so happy to announce that the More Than Words Challenge is BACK! Since my previous announcement that the December challenge would be the last blog challenge, the decision was made to bring the challenge back in a different format and only on Instagram. This year the challenge will consist of four weekly challenges held only in April and September. Artstacks will be sponsoring the challenges again and there will also be a free ArtStacks printable available to download for each challenge if you wish. Here’s a look at the Week 1 challenge which starts today.
I’m really looking forward to this, as you can see, there are three components to the challenge:
- Miscellaneous item – this can be anything hence “miscellaneous”
- Technique – this is a technique to be used
- Word – this is a word that must appear on your projects
And all three components must appear on all entries.
Instructions on how to enter the challenge are given above. Each Friday in April, the weekly challenge will be revealed on Instagram, there will be a Guest Designer each week and then daily inspiration from the Design Team. One winner will be randomly chosen for each challenge.
Our new Design Team is in place and we are a team of ten this year. More details can be found on MTW’s social media.

Glad to see it’s back, but I don’t do instagram (mainly because it would just be more time on social media), so sorry I won’t participate. Have fun! hugs-Erika
