Hello everyone!
First of all here is what is on my desk today for WOYWW #622. It’s been a funny week so far, as Monday was a holiday but instead of enjoying it I was under the weather and still trying to get back to feeling better and more normal again. So all I could do today was take this photo of my desk to show what is currently on it, and what’s currently on it are these 10 ATCs for #the100dayproject. I think today is Day 95 so I am still a few days behind with my project but I have five days to get up to date.
What else is on my desk is my drawing board which helps everything hurt less than with a flat table. On top of that is a cutting mat which I am using more as a cushioned surface than a cutting surface atm, and around about that is the detritus of all the other things I’ve been working on lately. There are also some possible candidates for my last few ATC book covers to round out the 100 day challenge which will end on May 10th!
Other things that are happening this month are of course, the challenges over on More than Words – this month’s Main Challenge is a joint challenge with Kraft+ Challenges, so we all get to use more kraft(!) and I am also Guest Hosting over on Art Journal Journey where my chosen theme is Language, so please feel free to visit any of these lovely places and join in!
Today’s post is short and sweet as I am still under the weather and it’s definitely time to lie down now.
Let me know what you think in the comments, and as always, thanks for reading!

#The100dayproject – Day 80-90
So why ATCs and why these books? Well in order to make it easier on myself and therefore make it more likely that I could do all 100 days, I thought ATCs would be perfect. Then I thought of book quotes handwriting them, perfect way to practice my lettering and also indulge my love of books. As with the first 25 books, all books must be taken from my shelves and be actual physical books, no ebooks, no audiobooks! I have also started taking elements from the book covers and incorporating them in the ATCs so they are starting to look like mini book covers and we’ve been playing “name that book” in our book group lol.
WOYWW #622 – I am so bad at remembering what day it is and this week has been bad with Monday being a bank holiday and me being under the weather. Here I am linking up and showing what is on my desk today. (I’m number 32 in the linkup)
Still trying to catch up with my commenting! Yesterday was Mother’s Day here in Australia so after a lovely lunch and lots of fizz I didn’t get anything else done…
Pleased to see that you might use Pride and Prejudice as a cover!
Happy Woyww!

Hi Elle, just popping by to have a sneaky look – I am back to WOYWW after a long time out so seeing who’s who and what’s what LOL!! Hope to catch up again soon – Cheers Maurs #33 xxx
Sorry, I’m a late visitor! But then, I’m always late! Alyjough, I was soooo sure I visited! Like what you are doing on your desk, in fact I like your desk, I had a sloping one once and had forgotten, so I wonder where that’s gone!? In The Attic I think, must go find it! You certainly are busy craftwise. I also like your ‘book to movie’ page! Keep Crafting! Stay safe and Happy WOYWW!?((Lyn))#6

Your ATCs look great! Sorry to hear you are struggling health wise – the drawing board sounds a good idea. Anything to make life a little easier! Hope you manage to visit my blog this week – some adorable pics of my 2 little ladies!
Happy belated WOYWW,

Hi there. So sorry you have been feeling so rough – trust the lie down yesterday really helped. It certainly sounds like you have plenty to keep you going once you are feeling up to scratch!! All those different challenges – goodness. I can’t even manage one!! The ATCs are great. Well done.
Take care. God bless.

Ah, Elle, am so sorry that you’re feeling under par. Even so your desk is amazing and early inspiring, I particularly love the look of the bundle of stuff at top right, one persons detritus is another’s inspiration! I have a hand lettered quote on a page from Dickens….it’s in a frame and I got it from Bookishly, have given a few as gifts too, really love the idea. Don’t forget to show and tell, please!
sorry you are feeling rough hopeyou feel better soon. great work for the 100 day project. happy woyww Helen #4
