Hello friends,
Here is my page for the Day 6 prompt: numbers
I started with a neocolour background across both pages, pink, orange and yellow on the left and three different yellows on the right for the Day 7 prompt.
I used various different number stencils and a handmade leaf stencil on the background with using different Fresco chalk paints.
To finish the page I wanted to add a quote about numbers, and this is what happened lol. This is actually the first two lines of the Helen Reddy song, I am Woman, which you probably recognise due to how famous it is, but in the end I didn’t use the line with “numbers” in it lol.
The full first verse is as follows:
I am woman, hear me roar
In numbers too big to ignore
And I know too much to go back an’ pretend
‘Cause I’ve heard it all before
And I’ve been down there on the floor
No one’s ever gonna keep me down again
I wrote some words with a black pen on white card, and then the others in between with a black pen outlined with white, finishing up with some white gouache paint splatters.
Let me know what you think in the comments. As always, thanks for reading!Ingredients

A fabulous, colourful page. A great use of the varied stencils and different text markings to add plenty of interest to the pretty ombre effect background.
