Hello friends!
Today I am sharing a pair of birthday cards I made for my friends who have birthdays this month.
today’s art . . .
I made the backgrounds from the leftover pieces from this art journal page.
I had just enough left over to cut out two card fronts.
They are the same but also ever so slightly different from each other.
On top of the paper strip backgrounds, I splattered some black, white and gold acrylic. The card on the left is edged with black and the one on the right is edged with gold. I used a very skinny alphabet die to cut out the letters and adhere them to each card, before adding them to a lime green card base.
All ready for posting. Let me know what you think in the comments. As always, thanks for reading!Ingredients
paper scraps, leftover pieces from AJ page, alphabet die, matte medium, navy card, gold, white, black acrylic ink, lime green card base, glue,
