Today’s Art . . .
For today’s art I am sharing the page for Day 25 of my #eotcartjournalaugust prompt which was GREEN or BLUE
Day 25 Green or Blue #eotcartjournalaugust
This page started out as the green and blue watercolour you see behind my (forest fairy?) and believe it or not it has been hanging around the studio since 2018 and was created for a course I did but then didn’t use or need this piece, so I am really glad it is finally getting used. It was A4 size so I had to cut it down to fit it to my journal page.
Then I covered up half of the watercolour background with this face. I used mostly Polychromos and Pitt pens to shade her face with a little bit of acrylic paint and paint pens, and of course, a pencil.
