Thinking of You Cards Featuring Tim Holtz For SSS Monday Challenge

Hi Friends!

Happy Sunday.  A quick post today to share a couple of cards made for the current Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge.  This week they are featuring Tim Holtz products and a theme of “Thinking of You” and the challenge ends tomorrow!

Today’s art . . .

I loved making these two cards using a fun technique that was featured on the recent Tim Holtz Holiday Hoopla.  I used Wild Honey, Bundled Sage and Gathered Twigs Distress Inks on the Sizzix Acorns embossing folder.

Then I used Distress Archival ink in Black Soot over the top.

I used some Sizzix cardstock from the Botanical pack to mount the panel, and then used some Tim Holtz label stickers for the sentiments.
