So you may remember the Merry and Bright Part OneI post with the first batch of these cards (in Turquoise and Copper).  Well I thought I was done but then today I realised I needed TWO MORE ASAP aargh!  As quick as these cards are to create, you do have to wait for the metallic ink to dry a bit so it doesn’t get all smudgy, and today I had no time for that, so I decided to swap out the metallic and replace it with Gina K Wild Lilac ink instead because I love turquoise and purple together (swoon).

ornamental stampI really am loving my stamp platform as it made doing these last minute cards super quick.  I also love these non-traditional Christmas colours!

I also decided to change out the sentiment and used a different one from the Season’s Greetings set from Concord and 9th. This actual sentiment was the reason I bought this stamp set in the first place.  I saw someone use it on youtube (can’t remember who) but they had it stamped in black and cut out like little banners on the front of their card, and I liked how clear it looked.
