Hello again! I decided to use one of these galaxy backgrounds I made a few days ago, to make this encouragement card.

I used one of the bigger galaxy backgrounds and trimmed off some of the white space.  Then I mounted it on this Plum Punch cardstock – this is another BIG card so I just took one piece of card and scored it down the middle, so it’s the letter size version of A5 (US letter is the American version of A4, it’s not quite the same as A4 but it’s the closest there is, so folding it in half makes it very roughly almost like A5) That has probably made a lot of people confused so I will think of a better way to put that later lol.

So with the gold metallic paint in the background, I wanted to pull that out a bit more and decided to use gold mirror cardstock for the diecut sentiment.  This is one from Concord and 9th and I really like the size and the font used.  I cut it out a couple more times in white cardstock, and stacked and glued them together with the gold mirror card on top.

The card looked OK as it was but I felt that it was unfinished so I decided to use Altenew gold washi tape around the edges just to tie it all together.

And here’s the finished card!  Great for encouragement cards and telling your friends “You’ve Got This!”
